Alfies Christmas Party is an institution amongst Interior Decorators, Antiques Dealers and those in know.

Welcome to my first Blog and today I am going to write about some of my favourite pieces.
The Renowned Belgium glass makers Val St Lambert have been crafting some of the finest Crystal glass in the World since their founding in 1826 and are still hand blowing some of the finest crystal glass to this day.
By the turn of the C20th they had grown in size and their double tinted and cut crystal gained International success.
But my favourite pieces are Val St Lambert Lamps of the 1950’s and 60’s with their flowing organic form and subtle tinting they look still look contemporary.These are really becoming prized and are some of our best sellers at the moment.
Red Val St Lambert Lamp
This is probably the heaviest of our Lamps and is a really substantial piece of crystal. It Dates from the 1950’s and like most of their finest pieces bears the Val St Lambert signature etched on the base along with the original foil label.
Green Val St Lambert Lamp
The next one we have is an elegant twisted one with a subtle shade of green also from the 1950’s and bearing the Val St Lambert Signature on the base.
Cherise Val St Lambert Lamp
And last but not least in a stronger shade of Cherise red/pink this dates from the more vibrant 1960’s signed and Labelled Val St Lambert.
